i was leveling the hot bed and i noticed that the y axis stepper motor is getting very hot and suggestions any changes to be done

In this case, adjust the Vref voltage in the corresponding stepstick module.
Instruction on how to do this can be found in the forum.

This setting affects the current value of the stepper motor that is controlled.
If the Vref voltage is too high, the stepper motor heats up.
If the voltage is too low, the motor will lose its steps.
Unfortunately, you have to devote some time and choose this setting experimentally.

Thanks for the help and support i really appreciate ill try to adjust the v ref voltage on the stepper motor driver board and try to run the printer
