Geeetech voice recognition does not respond to arduino

Hi, I hope you can help me.
I recently acquired a voice recognition module, which works perfectly on the PC with a serial converter. The problem comes when I connect it with the arduino, the arduino passes it through serial commands to put it in compact mode and load group 1. Now is when I should respond to instructions, but not and it looks like it gets compact mode and loads group 1.
I have tried tutorials on foot of the letter, even copied the same code, tested with several different arduinos and nothing at all, but it does not work for me T-T.
I have also tried from a virtual serial port and nothing, it is as if when starting the serial port I stopped receiving data from the rx.
If they work separately they should work well, should not they?
