Newbie problem with slicing / printing

Hello,
my name is Sebastian and I´m from Germany. I´m a complete beginner in 3D-printing and need some help to get started. I´ve got a A30 since yesterday and when I print the delivered A30_3.gcode file on the SD Card the printer is working without any problems. But when I want to go the next step, the problems start. Trying to slice the first STL file seems to work fine in EasyPrint 3D until I start the print on the machine. Instead to behaving normally, the printer head is moving across the bed, stops in the opposite corner and extrudes some filament. After that, the head is returning to the start position and thats it. Everything is happening about 3 cm above ground. I tried two different files, Always the same result.
Does anybody have an idea what I´m doing wrong?
Best regards,
Sebastian
