Printing High Problem

Hello, i adjust my Printing high to 0.1mm,but if printing start he lift the Extruder to 0.6mm.
What can i do ?

Have you already calibrated the printer on all axes?

Track the options in the printer menu.
In my model option:
Control ->
Motion ->
Z offset.

I find no Z offset in the menu
