-19c is the default when the thermistor is not connected. You either have a broken thermistor, a broken wire from the thermistor, a bad connection on the motherboard, or a bad motherboard.
Based on the fact that you replaced the hot end, i would almost guarantee that the problem is a broken wire on the thermistor. Its very common to break the small wires when replacing the hot end.

Excuse me for its response time, the thermistor works on another printer, and a new thermistor does not work on the Geeetech, I just changed also extend card

If the thermistor works properly and the wiring is not damaged, then sadly it sounds like you have a defective controller board. I would recommend contacting your seller for a replacement.

Hi,
i tried the first time printing with ABS with 105°C at the heatbed and 230°C at the Nozzle. When heating up to temperatur, as the heatbed reaches 72°. the "error nozzle 0-temp the heating element ist out of order" pops up. The Nozzle warming up was not started
Geeetech A30
Hardware Version 3.3
Firmware V1.37.58
Heatbed failure ?
Controller failure ?
Any fixes of that problem ?
