Disappointing

I've got the printer for 2 months now and not a decent print. Each time it continued with printing from any layer with an offset of 3-4mm. The last firmware I installed yesterday (V1.39.62). This also did not improve!

Read about layer shifting in the forum. ;)
And how to solve this problem.
