Prusa I3 LCD problem.

I just finished mounting my Geeetech Prusa I3 pro B Acrylic printer.
On the display I get: NO CARD! Start Test !. When I press the display button it beeps and does not allow me to do anything else.
If I connect it via USB it connects to Repitier and answers Idle but when I try to manually handle it it says Waiting for command.
Could someone help me and tell me what is happening to me?
