Extruder Motor question
Extruder Motor question
I just got a Geeetech A20M and I noticed that the extruder motors get hot (50C +/-), whereas the other motors don't. is this normal? I don't see the same issue with my older ender 3 model.
Re: Extruder Motor question

Re: Extruder Motor question
It should be these:
1.Check the vref of the A4988
I think you can decrease it a little.(Maybe you can set it to 0.5V)
2.Check the jerk of the Extruder motor
If you have set the incorrect jerk setting for it then it will overheat easier.
You can tuning it.
