A30 not responding

Hi guys, I need some help here...
My A30, from time to time seems like it's not fully booting.
By that I mean, there is no info on the information screen, I can't start a print or even turn on the heater.
Temps measures 0 degrees and I can't home it or move the axis at all.
Some times, after few resets, bothe from the power and the reset button on the board, makes it come to life again.
It happens with any firmware I tried, but now it's like that for days, and I can't make it work again.
Any suggestions ?

Hello.
From your description I conclude that it will be a hardware problem.
First of all, I would check the correctness of the power supply voltages.
In the second one I would look for interruptions in electrical circuits.
I would also check the controller board for similar irregularities.

Well,
Voltages all O.K.
I checked all connection and all seems right.
I had a new board that Gearbest sent me, so I decide to give it a try, but...
When I replaced it, connect all, placed the driver inside, the right orientation, and checked that all motors are connected....
After I turned it on, nothing happened except of smoke from one of my TMC2280...
So back to the old board...

TMC2208.... Sure, my mistake
I can use the printer, but only thru octoprint.
But it's frustrating.

Hi.
I feel lost.
Do you want to describe the current situation, what works and what does not, and what is the problem with?

Hi.
I tried to gather all the facts together.
Your printer has boot problems.
You tested the controller board of another manufacturer and the stepstick modules
(TMC2208) were destroyed. I guess that the controller also.
Current state.
Mini S controller + graphic display module with
new stepstick modules.
Local control of the printer does not work.
The printer works perfectly controlled by the USB port.
Am I right
*********************************************************************************************
For clarification.
The display module has an integral controller which communicates with the printer controller board.
Most likely, this communication has failed and commands are not transmitted correctly.
So you need to carefully check the connection between the LCD module and the controller board.
I suggest that you take a close look at the connectors of the FFC flat cable. You can also include photos here.
It is also worth checking if your cable is not damaged. It must be well latched in the connector.
If you feel like it, you can also check these connections with a multimeter.
*********************************************************************************************
Important thing.
Are you able to judge if in your opinion during unsuccessful boot, either of these controllers did not work
(LCD module or controller board)
In the next similar cases, try to pay attention to this.
And now while working, try pressing the FFC cable connectors with your finger and test the issuing of commands.

When I changed the board, it was the same one like the original. GTM32 PRO VD.
And thanks! the flat cable solution was the right thing.
Now I just need to find why the print quality lowered dramatically over time....
My Benchy is horrible...
