D200 Touchscreen dont work

hey, my giantarm d200 is new for 2 weeksr and now is the screen dead. he started but without funktion. ??? where can i search for a new Touchscreen?

thx kaktus, but no answer from saleperson. my other idea with wifi... no run - my serialnumber is not exist.
with new apk the same.
