Printer stops working after about an hour of printing and the wifi feature is grey

When i got this printer i set it up and test printed and it stopped at about an hour of printing and has continued to do so. Also when i go to the settings to connect to WiFi the WiFi button is grayed out even though when we bought it, it said it had WiFi. If there is anything i can do to fix it please let mne know.
