Voice recognition module isn't receiving data

I'm using hterm software to send voice commands to the voice recognition module but it's not receiving data all the connection are perfectly stable nothing is loose. What should I do to receive voice command? Any HELP???

Hi,you can check the connection between voice recognition module and USB-TTL module is correct.
TXD pin on voice recognition module should be connected to RXD pin on USB-TTL module.
RXD pin should be connected to TXD pin.
If the connection is correct, please check the baud rate of serial software is set correctly.
The baud rate for voice recognition module defaults to 9600bps.
If you forget the baud rate, you can try 2400bps, 4800bps, 9600bps, 19200bps and 38400bps one by one.
