Hi, this is my first 3d printer, during assembly to assemble the mat that covers the plate I had to move the plate by hand and I realized that during the movement you can feel the jamming. In some places it flows well, in others with difficulty. This is normal? I do not think so.

Hi, You can adjust the lock nut on the hot bed,
Then check whether the y-axis guide itself is inwardly depressed,
Whether the bearing wheel is worn.

hi, where is the lock nut?
i see another thing ,that the y-axis have 4 wheels. 3 are a contact with the guide, 1 not. when it work this wheel not run, but if i try to turn manually the wheel turn.
Is there an adjustment on the screws that tighten the wheels to bring them closer to the guide?
last question I have a lot of effort to detach the piece that I printed, what can I put under the first level to facilitate the detachment at the end of the work?

Hi, the lock nut is on the bottom plate of the hot bed,
You can check it.
If it is difficult to print the model,
You can heat the hot bed and use a shovel to remove the model,
The layer height is generally set at about 80% of the nozzle diameter.
