Hi,the 4G signal should have nothing to do with the screen, you need to replace a screen, you can contact the salesperson on the purchase platform.

I did a thousand tests, in which I managed to get the screen to work, touching cables, installing the latest firmware, but I stopped seeing the files stored on the sd, finally the screen ended up dead after loading the different firmware.

I finally bought a new screen which came to me yesterday. right now it's in the printer. Now I can see the screen but I still cannot access the files saved in the sd.

I am currently using a raspberry pi with octoprint to be able to print with the printer. From octoprint I can see the files that are in the sd. but there seems to be no communication between the display board and the printer board.

Finally, if I can't get the printer to print on its own, I'll change the control board for a third-party one, since the platform and motors are the only thing I can take advantage of.
