Hi, you can download the corresponding firmware on the official website, if it is not supported, you can change the firmware, refer to:

I've inspected source code, and in the pins.h for gt2560 there is comment, that pinout for v4 is the same is v3.
Why admins don't know this.... Maybe geeetech outsourced all firmware and like kittens in it
