A20m Serious problems

Hi, My A20m is not functioning properly, here are the problems,
- X axis is not working properly, motor keeps going even after it has hit the switch and the switch is not the problem as it works.
- Sometimes when i go to auto home X and Y axis move, and then instead of going down to Auto level it instead moves up and the lcd says Z axis is forbidden.
- I tried updating the firmware to the latest and Lcd goes blank and my computer has no connection i tried it with other versions and the same thing happens, to reset it back i use firmware toolkit and upload the hex file, this takes me back to the very start and i still have all these problems.
Please help.
