Hot bed can't reach ABS temp

I have a i3 X printer. It works all fine with PLA. But now I want to try use ABS, but hot bed can't reach 100°C at most I can get 75°C. Does any know why happen this???. How I can fix or upgrade the printer in order to get 100°C at the hot bed???
