Hello, so i got my A20 yesterday and it is all set up.

I am having an issue with my hot bed, it is not heating and on the display the bed temp is coming up as 358 deg.

I have checked all the connections and as i thought something might have come loos in shipping but all of them were fine.

sorry if this has been asked before , but i did not see anything related to this issue on the forums.

Any advice would be very helpful.

Hello, there may be a short circuit, you can unplug the hot bed plug. Observe whether the LCD screen displays -14°C. You can refer the link below to repair it.
