Wall layer becomes detached

Hi

I've just mov4ed from an XYZ printer to the A20 and am having issues with the wall layer that I haven't seen before.

They seem to be printed as single lines and don't bond to each other.

When the model cools the outer layer of the walls is loose and I have to cut it off.

I've tried increasing the overlap of infill but this didn't help

Has anyone else got this issue and a solution?

Thanks

I encountered the same problem and have not found a reasonable solution, do you have a solution?

Hi

I found that if you start with a slow speed frist print layer, plus a higher hot bed, this will fix your issus,

let it do about 19 layers and then speed back up to 100%,

when it is warming up go to the tune setting and you can set it all up there
