Color Mixer always crashes

When ever I use the color mixer and set the "Extruder number" to 3 and click "Mix Color" the software always crashes without any error messages.
I have tried multiple slicing softwares to generate the g-code used in the software, I have tried different models and different computers and I haven't ever managed to mix colors with 3 extruders selected.

Has anybody managed to get the color mixer to work? If so - what slicer were you using?
Has anybody managed to find a work around for this with a 3rd party software? I'm really upset about this since mixing the colors is the main reason i bought a mixing printer.

Ps. I have tried version 1.0 and 1.1 and both versions always crash.

Have you got an answer already. just bought an A20T and am having the same problem. printing with 2 extruders goes fine, when i select 3 extruders it constantly crashes.
