How to align printer 0,0,0 position with Easyprint 0,0,0 position?

Hi!
I'm a beginner and build my own Geeetech I3 w pro.
I need help on how to align the 3D space coordinates between the printer and the software.
I can see the piece (stl file downloaded from thingiverse.com) correctly in the boundaries of the Easyprint software, but when I print it, the extruder head goes outside the bed space...
I imagine I need to align these too spaces somehow, but don't know how
Any tip?
