Upgrade A20M to A20T

The A20T is out of stock... Unless I order from the US or China. Given the current state of shipping I'd rather not.
The A20M is in stock locally foe immediate delivery... Is it possible to upgrade an A20M to an A20T later?

Hi travelling kiwi,
I just bought my A20M and am currently looking at my motherboard which is the GT2560 v4.0 and it has an extra stepper driver spot, so I would say that it should just be a matter of buying the stepper driver, cables, extruder and the 3 into 1 hotend then intall and load the firmware for the A20T.

I have the latest 3D Wifi module and the latest firmware for my A20M.
I can bind my printer but when I put the module into search mode I cannot find any Geeetech wifi available I'm my WiFi list on my phone.
I am using a Motorola G4g and have tried a Samsung as well. Both have the latest Android updates but still no luck.
I know some people don't rate the module but for a tenner I like to try new things with my printer. It's only a few weeks old and has the latest board in it.
Any help.
