Hi I Am not sure who to talk to or where to go with my question. I purchased four hot ends on the 4/2/2021 and I realise it is only 14 days ago.
Yesterday I looked at 17 Track and I am sure there was a green arrow with a one in brackets. I clicked on it and it said the item has been delivered to me. Well I have received nothing! The one has gone but the arrow is still green. The plane is still Blue with a 1 in brackets.. Is this a problem for me? Could who ever reads this pass it on to the correct department? Can some one please help!

Hi Percy again! I just wonder does Geeetech read anything that gets put in here?? How do you get a answer to a question.?? If its in the wrong place I am sure they could say please post it in such and such a place! Help in the help site would be great! etc...
