Raw Firmware A20T

I am looking for the Raw uncompiled firmware for the A20T with Touch. I found some on github but they are over 5 years old. I am lookin for the raw files of A20T_TITANS_HW4.1B_FW2.3_20201021-Beta.hex that you can download. I want to upgrade the firmware, but I also want to make sure the settings match, before I update to the newest version 2.0.9.1.
