A20M help needed

Purchased a new A20m this week and im having huge issues.
When it first arrived a ran a calibration cube and a geeetech box print to begin checking everything was optimised these printed fairly well.
Then my 3d touch arrived so i set about installing it.
Since the firmware upgrade and 3d touch install this printer now is massively under extruding with every print looking like a fish net and being extremely brittle to the point it just crumbles when taking off the bed.
i have tried changing slicers( Easyprintlite, Cura) brand new filament, Different filament brands, only print with one filament, or 2, gradient print, formatting sd card, different stl files, higher/lower temps, higher flowrate (at 150% it improved slightly) slower speeds, different retraction settings, adjusting z distance closer or further away, restored all slicer settings to default and im getting no where.
Mainboard is the GT2560 V4.1
Firmware version - A20M_3DTouch_hw4.1_fw2.2(ONLY for GT2560 V4.1 series motherboard) V2.2
(have also tried Firmware For A20M(ONLY for GT2560 V4.1 series motherboard, Selectable 3Dtouch function) V2.3
As the flow rate at 150% improved it slightly should i keep increasing it?
Right now im wishing i had stuck with my ender 6 and got another one instead of venturing into dual extruders.
im fairly new to 3d printing so any help appreciated
