Normal printing. 1 or 2 extruders?

Hi there. I've been a happy A20M owner until I upgraded last version of 4.8 Cura...
Never understood this printer concept, I always had to use Color Mixer plugin in order to be able to print.
Never used two color, just the same filament on both feeders. I would always use Color Mixer to modify the gcode so both feeders would work at 50%.
Now, after processing with Color Mixer, only 1 feeder will work, and at the same speed, so 50% of the material is used and the prints are wrong, no adhesion, etc... The display on the A20 will show 100% 0% while before displayed 50% 50%...

Since it's just on one extruder, I tried to increase flow to 200%, but the value stays orange, I guess can't go so high....
So please, someone explain me. If I want to print single color and use Cura, how can I do it without using Color Mixer? Specially now that is not working the same way it did....
I thought 1 feeder working at 100% would be enough for normal prints. Is there something I'm missing?
Thanks.
