Marlin firmware on Geeetech A30

Hello!
I just got an A30 for 70€, everything seems to work and it has some nice upgrades like TMC2208, a BMG clone and a V6 hotend clone.
I didn't realise that it's running Smartto, proprietary firmware, not Marlin. I'm very familiar with Marlin and wanted to make some changes. Is it possible to install Marlin firmware on it? Any A30 users out there?
