I3 PRO W Z axis move wrong - can anyone help?

Hi,

I just bought a new geeetch I3 Pro W and I follow instruction when update the FW and changing setting in Marlin /Arduino.

I can home all axes and go in "prepare" submenu to movings axes I choose 1mm step and X and Y are moving the right travel distance...

BUT Z axis is much bigger travel than ...
