Hi,
I have set temperature to 235°C for abs. And when I turn extruder by hand it extrudes without almost any force needed.
It feels like the extruder motor gets weak but it's the same motor as always and same firmware as on older rambo.

Re: Extruder motor doesn't move after few layers
Hi star,
1.When extruder motor stops other axis move just fine.
2.Hotend works fine. It seems like the motor gets weak. I can turn it by hand while printer is still going and feel like motor is still trying to move but is too weak. But the motor is apropriate because i used it many months with ...

Extruder motor doesn't move after few layers
Hi,
I have geeetech rambo 1.2 g and when im printing the extruder motor stops moving at about 20 layer.
But i have cooled stepper drivers by heatsink and fan and to the touch they are cold so it shouldn't be overheat issue.
The motor is warm when printing but it was always and it wasn't a problem ...

Re: Geeetech Rambo 1.2G temperature doesn't work
Hi,
I shorted out resistor R73 and when no therms are connected it reads 0 as it should.
And when start heating up it seems to by ok.

Hi star,
No i didn't removed any diodes so is there any solution to this problem?
Have you solved the problem with your rambo when you had same issue?

Re: Geeetech Rambo 1.2G temperature doesn't work
Hi,
thanks for response! And yes when i start heating up temperature on screen goes up.
But how do you know the unsoldering of those diodes will help? Is it common issue with this iteration of rambo? I'm just curious because i don't want to brick my rambo.

Geeetech Rambo 1.2G temperature doesn't work
I have problem with my rambo board which just arrived yesterday from Geeetech. I uploaded marlin and temperature reads are not working.
When there are no thermistors plugged in it reads 39°C and when they are plugged in it reads 41°C as you can see in attached photos.(booth at room temp about 20°C ...
