I used a hair dryer to blow heat on the bed as a quick test to check response before pulling apart the zip ties and cable management. Turns out the thermistors are working. I bought a replacement RAMPS board and swaped it out. It turns out the RAMPS Board was faulty.

It was the firmware emailed to me from this forum when posting the make and model.

I am running a Geeetech i3 Pro B with an aduino 2650 RAMPS 1.4 board. I just purchased the printer, and have only printed a few calibration parts.
