I have a sanguinolulo w/ATmega 1284 16mhz

When I attempt to upload firmware i receive error code: avrdude: stk500_getsync() : not in sync: resp=0x00

I have the firmware from this forum and I have downloaded the correct Arduino but i do not know what files to upload or what to do after i download.

Hi, I downloaded arduino but cannot find sanguino W/ ATmega1284p 16 mhz in the boards options.

Hi, when i plug the USB in i hear a connection sound but then cannot find the printer anywhere in my computer. My fear is the board is fried because i initially plugged in my motor driver boards in backwards. If this is the case is there anyway to test to see if my board still works properly?
