For the fan, the fan's wire are easily broken. I'm finding a new one to replace.

For the extruder, now I power the system with computer's PSU. It can heat up the extruder over 240c, no problem anymore.

It is correct. The switch turn on to 220V fit to my country voltage.

How could I contact the customer service.

What I just only did was swap the PSU.
So please do something about this issue.

It's work!!
The system has activated, but it's power not enough to heat up the extruder head and heat bed.

So I change to my LED PSU 12V 10A which look similar.
I wire the cable just exactly like with another one.

Power Supply Issue.

Dear GEEETECH Staff,

The PSU which came along with prusa i3 I just assembly has a noisy buzz sound.

Could you refund or send me a new one?
