No power to fan solved.
I fixed the original GT2560 that came with the printer. No power to fans including PWM fan. It was pretty straight forward in the logic. I just forgot that there was no power to all connectors and mistakenly thought the problem was only PWM fan conn making me asume the ...

I drilled the holes and made them bigger because I had the same problem. I also have the rods bent (I believe this is very common due to fabrication) and by enlarging the threaded rod holes in the acrylic piece it not only permitted them to wobble without binding to the acrylic piece and rotate ...

Never mind. I used arduino 1.0.1 and it worked fine. Printer is like factory new..

Thanks for sending the firmware. I received this file : PI3B-GT2560-2E.rar
Z axis motors are turning correctly with old (bad fan) GT2560 board. New board with wrong firmware turns opposite. I hope correct firmware will fix this problem. Thanks

I received the new gt2560 from Getech 3 days ago and finally got the time to replace the bad one. I connected all the cables and turn it on by connecting USB.
