is your filament newly bought or old one? Could it be the bad filament? And how's your printer settings in the menu? are they the same with your slic3r settings?
Maybe make a video for us to see what happened.

what's your settings? I'll give a slic3r settings for you here, using repetier host1.6.0 and it's bulit-in slic3r, you can upload it and see if it helps.
And remember to set a proper distance between the nozzle and bed, usually it is the thickness of an normal paper or the filament won't stick to ...

where's the image? for PLA 210 is a little high, try to use 190-195. What's your first layer speed? keep it slow at first layer about 15-25mm/s.

I am having a problem where the motors only move in one direction (home i believe).
I have double checked the endstop connections and plug assignment and everything follows the installation instructions.
