I did as you suggested. I also added the G29 command so it'd home the print head up to it's top position once finished. I've been getting prints out, and they're not too bad! I have another board coming too, so that should help clear up the last of my problems.

The end stops are all plugged in right. I actually managed to get a few prints out last night. I'm a little upset, since the one axis seems to be fried. Right now the second extruder spot is reassigned to the Y axis. It works. The printer will home, and then I can also do the auto level. It seems ...

Just a quick update.
I went in to the firmware and changed the Y axis so it's on the second extruder's pins. I swapped them, more or less, and now it homes correctly. The Y axis moves in the correction direction, up or down. So, I'm guessing it's some fault with the board. Where the default spot ...

Well, I got it down to two problems.
I flipped the belts, and so stock it goes the right way without having to flip the axis in the firmware. There's two issues that remain though
The Y axis only moves in one direction.
The X axis max end stop seems to have issues. It shows as triggered, though ...
