I think manual extruding shouldn't work if driver board is dead? Any other ideas??

I have used that firmware all the time.
Could this problem come from my computers USB-drivers or somewhere else SW related?

I have seen menu posts that people are swapping X-axis motor and extruder cables? Why this is done? Only to verify motors are ok and then swap these cables back? I can feel that extruder motor is doing something when printing and it can move filament but feels like it controls something else ...

Everything works fine when using manual control with repetier-host and set everything same as when printing, but right away I start print something nothing comes out even temperatures ...
