I removed the Hotbed and found the Thermister was shorted. Uncrossed the wires and all is good now.

I have had my M201 for about a month. I shut it down a couple of days ago and when I turned it on yesterday the display came up with room temp/0, 301/0. Checked Mosfet 3 and voltage was 1.2 v.
