It was the thermistor hitting and then not hitting the heating block. Pulled the wires tighter in the up direction and the problem was solved. Thanks

My print head temperature seems to jump up and down 20C on my i3. It does not do it all of the time. It will jump around for 5 minutes and then the temperature readings will be steady. I have wiggled the wires to see if there is a short or loose connection and this does not trigger the temperature ...
