Hello - Thanks for your answer.
I tried to raise the Sensor (by changing the support), but the result is the same.
I have now a Z offset around 1.8, but when the print starts, after a while the needle fall, even if the sensor led is still active.
You may see it in my first video around 1min16s ...

3D Touch working ... but not totally
Hello,
I've an issue with my 3D touch on my I3 PROB acrylic:
installed its following the guide, no problem with hardware nor firmware.
Tuning of Z offset done.
G28 and G29 works fine , and I can see Z motors working during a layer, proof that the sense of the bed is taken in account in my marlin ...

Re: extruder not pulling enough filament
You were right ...
Today , I tried to prin something, and no feeding at all -> after checking the extruder upper part is broken... maybe too much effort.
I'm really disappointed ...
Tried to contact my seller because without the spring load , there were not enough filament so no good print, and now ...

Re: extruder not pulling enough filament
Hello
Thanks @websmr with this feedback, i designed a part to increase the spring pressure
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1936289
Using the 4mm version seem the better for me.
Seem to work fine for me - but now the extruder is missing steps sometimes, but the print is really better
See Picture ...

Re: extruder not pulling enough filament
Still the same problem
Can someone help me?
I really think that the spring is not strong enough... when I pull the lever with my hand the filament extrudes well.
I've seen in another thread that the aluminium version ok MK8 may be the solution... can someone confim?
Please Geeetech support team ...

Tried many things:
- filament is PLA , 1,75mm tested all Temperature until 230°
- tuned te steps per unit value in the firmware from 93 (original) to 144, with no change in the result
- checked ...

Re: Noisy Z axis
The X axis makes noise too , coming from the linear bearings
For Z axis the noise is mainly from the screw.

Re: Noisy Z axis
Thanks for answering
I will check the links provided but I think a misunderstanding :
It works it is just noisy and seem to be hard for the motor
I will try to make a video tonight.
