Yup, suppert told me same thing, but i made test yesterday. I connected FAN to PWM port(Fan is always working) On LCD screen I set 0 for FAN, the voltage between "2" and "1" on Pin16 was 0, when I set 255 for FAN on LCD the voltage rise to 3v, and when I changing between 0-255 the woltage on Pin16 ...

I use cura, and i know that setting, anyway when You turn on printer fan should not working in pwm when on LCD You have "0". My is working.

I have exactly same problem, the PWM fan is always on till yesterday. My all fans... I have about 10, they rotate from 0 -255 doesnt matter.
Any solution? I chenged firmware again but didnt work.

Ok, now i found bultimaker for firmware creator to my printer, everything working except extruder motor:(

But earlier extruder motor with different firmware sensor configuration works...
