I modified the recommended parameter but it did not work.

At the beginning it goes up to 5mm then goes back, but it does not touch the hot bed as it was adjusted. However the printer starts working.

Could anybody help me please?
I tried to print after adjusting the hardware and it is not possible due to the z axis goes up then it goes back but it does not touch the bed, as I adjusted at the beginning.
I tried to upgrade its marlin firmware and I verify it, appeared and error.
