Re: hotbed/extruder is not heated up(GT2560/GTM32/sanguinolo
I checked the power on LED's for the hotbed and extruder and discovered that the hotbed LED was not illuminated when power was applied to the board. I then inspected the surface mounted fuse holder for the hot bed fuse. It was loose on one end from the board, which is why power was not being ...

Re: hotbed/extruder is not heated up(GT2560/GTM32/sanguinolo
I used Arduino 1.0.1 and was able to load the Firmware onto the GT2560 board. When I turn on the printer and activate the extruder and hot bed, the extruder heats up, but the hot bed does not. I checked the fuses and they both have 12V on both ends. When I check the Heater 1 terminals, they have 12V ...

Re: hotbed/extruder is not heated up(GT2560/GTM32/sanguinolo
I received a replacement board for my I3 A Pro with the 3-in-1 3D printer control box because the 15A hotbed fuse burnt. I downloaded the firmware posted on Geeetech's website for the "I3 A Pro with the 3-in-1 3D printer control box". When I used Arduino 1.8.2 to verify the firmware, I received the ...

Re: hotbed/extruder is not heated up(GT2560/GTM32/sanguinolo
I purchased my Geeetech Aluminum Prusa I3 A Pro 3D printer & 3-in-1 control box on EBay from "geeetech-official" (Order #232045068959) and received it on March 3rd. So far I have printed about 0.75 kg of PLA filament. Yesterday my Hotbed stopped heating. When I took apart the control box, I ...

Re: Zstep/mm incorrect in Firmware
Now that I've changed and saved the Zstep/mm from 2560 to 400, the motion distance is corrected. However the Z axis moves much slower when homing. What should the other Z axis settings be set at? Currently, Vz Jerk = +0.4, Vmax Z = 2, and Amax Z = 20.

Zstep/mm incorrect in Firmware
Geeetech Aluminum Prusa I3 A Pro 3D printer. When I program the Z axis to raise 10mm on the control box, the Z axis raises about 64mm. 6.4 times greater than the 10 mm requested. The Zstep/mm is set at 2560 in the firmware. 2560 divided by 6.4 yields a Zstep/mm of 400. I either need corrected ...
