Did anybody put a 2nd extruder on the GT2560 Rev B ?
There are sockets for 2 extra stepper drivers. And empty holes for an 8-pin header with each of them. So like a copy of the one for the existing.
But no pin out and we need HW pin mapping as well.
Now I have 2 dual hotend a I would like to try ...

Re: Gt2560 rev B noise Fan
My plans to reduce noise is the use an adjustable voltage regulator (sub $1 DC-DC module) of which I have plenty. The cheapest ones are dangerous for some of my other purposes as they will let input voltage thru when they die. But for this it is no problem, just means full fan speed. I have that ...

Re: My Mecreator2 is broken
I see/hear no problem in the video.
Fast/short movements of a big head and stopping again will make noise. I printed vibration damping feet.
I guess it is printing fine ?

Re: MeCreator 2 nozzle fan duct STL
Me too.
Had a printjob go wrong, so the item moved with printhead, and my nozzle fan duct was more or less encapsulated in PLA.
I got most PLA off it (cracks easy), but I still have one opening filled with blue PLA, and would like to print a new one.

Broken cable
I have an endstop cable (X-axis) that started having issues. It looks like the cable was broken inside the "sock", which was about 70 cut itself. This was right where the zip-tie was connecting this to the X-motor cable. Made way too tight.

Re: Problems with MeCreator2
Just one more info. Looked in the source code.
Configuration_adv.h
And I find
#define STEPS_MM_E 836
I find it interesting that I get very very close to 83mm movement when feeding 100mm from Repetier. Is it random, should this just be 1000 ? But then I still have the other issues withmore ...

Problems with MeCreator2
My MeCreator 2 is sometimes giving me lines with too little filament. It is new, had it for a few days only. New to 3D printing.
Did a test, warmed the head to 220C, and used Repetier to tell the printer to feed 100mm filament, it was feeding only 83mm.
Tried a tower where I went from 100 to 125 ...

This one is easy. Paypal clearly states / stated, that you will have at least the same protection as if you bought directly with your credit card.
Tell PayPal that you will make a complaint with your bank if they demand you ship it to China. Then they will look different on your case. Did that once ...
