Hi,
I have installed Repetier-Host. Very easy but before running createDesktopIcon.sh, I fisrt ran configureFirst.sh.
Now I can run Repetier-Host (but not yet tested it with the printer because I have to assemble it, hard job :)

I have not seen Slic3r 1.2.9 in my Mint Repos. I have downloaded v 1 ...
