I've had this happen a few times as well. It has required a restart of the software.
I will take some screenshots if it happens again.

There wasn't a dog.gcode file on the card when the printer was delivered. There was a 424.gcode file that I part-printed and that looked like it could have been a dog.

Ok.. i have purchased this cheap knockoff and have spent a whole day trying to get it working. now if your reading this and considering buying this - DONT.
I would rather eat a roll of filament and have my rear end heated to 200`c and print that way than go through the pain of trying to get this ...
