Have you ever tried using "Store Memory" function? (which is located one step before the picture)
If you have and it doesn't help, try to modify the firmware.

I've solved my problem right now
The X-axis motor cable caused the problem (ofc, just in my case).
I think the cable is running too tightly, and the position is not good.
Running behind the Y-axis motor may be the best place!

Looks like the problem occured by clogging inside the throat.
Try removing all of the filament inside the throat.
If you can't push them by your hand, disassemble the extruder and remove all of the filament clogging inside.
