I have attempted the two contact paths provided in the contacts, both pre-order inquiry and after-sales service and have provided my order number while doing so. I tried to use the skype username provided in the contact section as well but that doesn't seem valid anymore so not really sure how to ...

I have tried contacting support to find information on replacement parts but am getting no answer. I have a broken extruder carriage for my duplicator 5 and need to order a replacement. Does anybody know a better way to order replacement parts if something breaks for this printer?
