Out of curiosity (and because I can't find the answer online), if E0 = Extruder #1 and E1 = Extruder #2, what does E2 control??

I'm having what sounds like the same issue.
I can manually extrude, but not as part of printing from Slic3r.

I can confirm that the bed isn't the problem (appreciating that it looks from the video that it slopes down to the back left). Retraction distance in Slicr is 3mm and Retraction speed is 40mm/s.

Hi there,
Despite a few bumps along the road, I have the printer built, wired, levelled, firmware and motor direction sorted and motion tested. So all good there. I've even been able to manually control extrusion so have tested filament in, heated, and expelled.
