Problems with extruder

Hi all

I'm a newbie in the world of 3d printing.

I have recently put together my geeetech i3 pro b with gt2560 board.

The extruder is making a clicking sound wheb printing. The noise is more noticeable on the infill I would say.

I have put a video on YouTube to show the issue and some settings ...
