Z-axis no incremental feed.

Hi guys, I am having problems with my G2S Pro, X and Y feeds will move incrementally using Repetier, but when I try to move the Z-axis it moves continuously until it crashes, I am unable to get it to move incrementally, I therefore cannot calibrate the printer, does anyone have any ideas?
